Nobody likes to be kept waiting. Our staff understand this and endeavours to manage all appointments as punctually as possible. However, due to the unpredictable nature of a medical practice, doctors do frequently run behind time. We regret any inconvenience caused due to these delays.
-
A standard appointment is usually booked for 10 minutes. Please ask the receptionist to book a longer consultation if you need a general check-up, have multiple or complex problems or need a consultation that will include counselling.
-
Patients must make an appointment to see a doctor. If you have more than one health concern or a complex issue to discuss, please request a longer appointment at the time of booking. A separate appointment must be made for each family member. Same day appointments are available for urgent cases.
-
Appointments can be made in person, over the phone or online via our website or appointment app.
-
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to keep an appointment. Please let us know as far ahead as possible, so that the appointment can be allocated to another patient. Please refer to our Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy.
